• All graphic design working files and finished projects, once paid for, belong to the client. No hidden clauses.

• We attempt to hold on to all files for our clients, however, please keep in mind that files can be lost. Please hold on to the files we send and store them in a safe place.

• The content and information on this website is for your general information and subject to change without notice.

• Unauthorized use of this website may result in a claim for damages.

• This website may include links to other websites, but we bear no responsibility for the content of linked websites or their services.

 

Timelines

 

• Please be aware that delays, while rare, may occur.

• The estimated timeline for a project starts when your order is verified, schedule discussed, and a deposit is made.

 

Shipping

 

• All shipping times are estimated and to be paid by the client.

 

Refunds

 

• Because design services require our time (which is what you pay us for), the services are non-refundable.

 

Proofing

 

• Colours in a digital proof are not guaranteed to match the finished product.

• Colour conversions may cause colour shifting or files changes.

• The client is 100% responsible for reviewing ALL image resolution, content, grammar, accuracy of information and/or anything else included on their proof or mockup before final approval.

• We do not guarantee our CMYK colours will match the colours seen on different printers or computer monitors. If your project requires exact colours, please request a meeting to assign pantone specific codes (subject to extra cost).
